Get introduced to the communities in South Africa

Over the course of the year, we spend over ten months fundraising for each one
the
SHAMMAH HOUSE for
TRAUMATIZED PEOPLE

When the club was established in 2015, The Shammah House was the first community that we helped. The house serves as a refuge for those mentally disabled, physically disabled, unemployed and more. The large majority, 95%, are mentally disabled. Each individual is well cared for but financial support still poses as a difficulty.

AMADEA SAFEHOUSE

Based in Pretoria, the safehouse protects children while their juvenile court cases are still in progress. Although the court is supposed to find a home for the children by the end of their case, they often do not; orphanages are often if not always full. As a result, many of the children stay for a considerable period of time. The children are mainly infants; they can be as young as a couple of months years old to 5 years old. The children are taken care of all throughout the day.

PEAS IN A POD

The house cares specifically for sexually abused girls. Their ages range from 2 to 18 years of age. They are the only organization in Pretoria, South Africa that specializes in this. The house works hard to provide the girls with the life that they missed out on. The care includes everything from clothing and food to education and therapy.
